Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Orders typically take 1-4 business days to process, however sometimes may take longer.

 Domestic orders are shipped via USPS <Priority Mail, fully insured, and with signature required.
 You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping and billing information.

Creature of Habit is not responsible for costs incurred from packages returned to us due to a buyer providing an incorrect address or not claiming their package. If a package is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the costs for re-shipment. Original shipping fees are unable to be refunded.

International Orders ————
At this time Fae Vintage is only shipping to the United States, Canada, France, Italy and Singapore, due to extended delays as a result of Covid-19. We hope to soon add more countries so that as many of you can enjoy our fairytale pieces as possible!
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured.

Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to cover the cost of any duties or customs fees. If a package remains unclaimed, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, the fees to return the package to our studio, as well as a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item.

Lost Packages
Creature of Habit is not responsible for packages once they have left our studio.
If your package is marked as “delivered” and you have not yet received it, we recommend getting in touch with USPS. Sometimes packages arrive late, so we recommend waiting another few days before filing a claim with USPS.
